Extrusion
In the extrusion process raw material is gravimetrically fed from external silos to the hopper mounted on the top of the machine. After that, granulate enters the barrel, where screw pushes resins to the die. Barrel and screw are carefully heated allowing resins to reach desired melt temperature. In the die product gets its shape and profile. Now, almost ready sheet is cooled down on chromium plated rollers, where the final thickness and width is obtained.
Thermoforming
In thermoforming process sheet is heated to a pliable forming temperature and then in multi cavity mould, using cup-shaped plugs and high pressure air, formed to specific cup. In the next step, cups are cooled down, counted and packed to carton boxes.
Printing / Labeling / Sleeving
The most difficult, most demanding stage, finalizing the whole production process. A business card of the company. The complexity of machines and their technological advancement require highly specialized personnel. Printing is realized using dry offset method. The final image is a composition of individual fragments recorded on photopolymer plates. The accuracy and precision are basis for the high quality of the final product.
